Shipping Policy

For Domestic Orders, Shipping costs are free for few products while shipping costs are weight based and borne by customer for other few products . For all Orders, Shipping cost will be calculated in the website and intimated to the customer before payment. Any changes to the cost will be duly informed to customer.

However, these are subject to change depending on customer delivery requirements.

Orders are shipped within 3- 8 business days, except for customised or bulk orders. Orders placed over the weekend or Public Holidays are dispatched on nearest Business day.

Shipping timelines will be intimated to the customer in advance.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the courier/Postal system for a period of 15 business days for any orders and We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier or Force Majeure. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

Any delay in orders other than date mentioned in WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

All our products are packed in secure packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper proof condition.


Shipping Options

Prashaa Ships by courier/Speed Post for Domestic orders. For urgent delivery orders, as requested by customers, Bus parcel service/Premium courier service is also used. Shipping costs for urgent delivery orders to be borne by customers. Urgent Delivery Herein means, orders which are to reach destination before the committed timelines as quoted in website. However,these are Subject to change, on case to case basis.


Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/Whatsapp message. Most of our orders are shipped within 7-8 business days after the order has been placed. The email/message will contain shipment details, your tracking number,photo of the product to be couriered. To track the order, use the tracking number in carrier website. prashaa does not hold any responsibility due to delay in courier/shipper or Force Majeure or any emergency Pandemic situations.

For your convenience, you will receive expected delivery date for your order when you place an order option, on the Order Confirmation by Email/SMS/whatsApp.
