Refund and Returns Policy

Returns and Refunds Policy Return / Replacement / Refunds Policy:

The replacement will be provided if received item(s) are in poor, damaged or mutilated condition or; received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us

The replacement will be provided for the same product, subject to availability.

If the product is out of stock or unavailable, the customer can choose to receive a full refund or select an alternative product of equal value.

The replacement policy is applicable only for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. It is not applicable for products that are damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse.

They can request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@prashaa.com with their order ID and a description and photo of the issue Prashaa offers COD (Cash on Delivery) facility upto Rs. 3500 orders.

Please note that we do not offer reverse pickup facility and the customer must arrange for the product to be shipped back to us using a reliable courier service. The shipping charges for the return will be borne by the customer.

Return and refund is not applicable for specific custom orders, specific Golu dolls category which will be intimated while acceptance of orders.


Refund Policy:

The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verifications at our end.

The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order. Please note that the shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used during the order placement. Bank account or UPI details may be requested in exceptional cases. Please ensure that all entered details are correct as we will not validate bank account numbers and are not responsible for funds transferred to unintended recipients.

Rest assured that once you receive a confirmation email from us regarding your refund request, we will initiate the process .If there are any delays, please contact us and we will gladly assist you. If you wish to cancel the return request, the same should be informed within 24 hours of the return initiation

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement request if the customer does not comply with the terms of our policy Non delivery of products We will be able to attempt delivery of your order only once. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible.

We will consider the order executed in the below cases: Order fails to be delivered due to customer negligence Wrong shipping/delivery address. Premises locked. Wrong landlines / Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery. Delivered the product at the Gate / Neighbor as per instruction given by client Recipient not available.


Important Note: At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person.
